We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for change of mind. Returns are only valid on full-priced PrePacked items, items that are on sale or cut to measure are not eligible for a return unless faulty. Change of mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased at full price and in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
